Why am I not receiving newsletters from a new publication?
Some newsletter publications require that you confirm your subscription first before you will receive new newsletters. When we detect these emails, we forward them directly to your personal email, but we don't detect them 100% always.
You can also find these confirmation emails under the "Inbox" section in the app. Make sure to click the subscription confirmation link in the email message and you should then start receiving any new newsletters from the particular publisher.
If this is not the case, make sure you don't have any typos in the email address you used to subscribe to the newsletter. The domain is @drippp.email, not @drippp.app or @drippp.com.
How do I unsubscribe from newsletters?
Click the UNSUBSCRIBE link on the article summary within the "Drippp" email. This will take you to an unsubscribe screen in the app from which you can unsubscribe.
Alternatively, you can find the email in your inbox for which you want to unsubscribe and click the Unsubscribe button there.
