FAQ

Frequently asked questions about Drippp

How does it work?

Once you've signed up, you will receive your own unique @drippp.email address. You can use this email address to subscribe to newsletters or set up forwarding rules in your email provider (Gmail, Apple Mail, etc.). We will receive the newsletter emails, summarize it and forward them to your personal email.

You can set the schedule for how often to receive these "drippps".

How are the article summaries created?

The summaries are mainly created using top-tier AI Large Language Models, but human editors are also involved to check and improve the summaries.

The quality of the summaries is something we do not compromise on. We are constantly improving the process we use to provide the best summaries.

If you have any feedback, please contact us.

How does billing work?

We use a credits-based system. You can buy credits as you need them with a minimum purchase of 500 credits ($5) at a time. You can enable auto-reloading to keep your credits topped up automatically. You can also set a maximum monthly spending limit in US dollars to avoid unexpected charges. For more details, including the cost calculator, please see our pricing page.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes, and no. First-time new workspace owners get 400 free credits, but since we do not offer subscriptions, we do not have traditional free trials.

What happens if I run out of credits?

When a workspace runs out of credits, it will stop processing new emails for all members. Workspace owners can buy more credits from the billing settings. You can also enable auto-reloading to keep your credits topped up automatically to avoid interruptions.

Do I have to use the @drippp.email email address to subscribe to newsletters?

No, you do not have to use the @drippp.email email address.

Even though using your @drippp.email address is the easiest way to get started, we actually recommend you use your personal email address to subscribe to newsletters and then set up forwarding rules in your email provider (Gmail, Apple Mail, etc.). That way, you have full control over your email, while still receiving the summaries in your @drippp.email inbox.

Is Drippp for individuals or teams?

Drippp is designed for teams and individuals alike. You can easily be the only person in your workspace and still use Drippp to receive summaries of the newsletters you subscribe to. Or, you can invite your team to join your workspace and share the credits.

Which publications can I subscribe to?

You can subscribe to any newsletter.

So far, we've mainly focused on the bigger platforms, like Substack and beehiiv, but there are no specific reasons why other platforms shouldn't work.

If you find any issues, please reach out and we will fix them.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal (countries may vary).

Where can I find my invoices?

You can find your invoices in your Stripe customer portal.

Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately, no credit purchases are refundable.
