This document will help you understand how Drippp's billing system works.

What's Included

Your Drippp account includes:

• Pay-as-you-go credit-based billing
• Priority support for all your questions
• Full control over email delivery scheduling
• Unlimited publication subscriptions
• Credit sharing between all members of your workspace
• Flexible auto-reload options to top up your credits

Understanding Credits

Credits are the foundation of Drippp's billing system. Think of credits as a digital currency you can use within our platform. Each article summary costs 4 credits, and each drippp email costs 1 credit. We've structured our system so you can easily track and manage your usage.

When you first sign up for Drippp, we automatically add 400 free credits to your workspace account. This means you can immediately get started with up to 100 article summaries without any charge, giving you plenty of opportunity to experience the full power of the platform.

Viewing Your Credit Balance

As a Drippp user, you can view your current credit balance in two ways:

• From your workspace dashboard - accessible to all users
• Through the workspace billing management screen - accessible to workspace owners

How Credits Work

Here's what you need to know about how credits function in Drippp:

Credit Usage

• Each article summary costs 4 credits
• Each drippp email costs 1 credit
• Credits are shared between all members of a workspace
• Usage is deducted in real-time as summaries are created and drippp emails are sent
• Summaries will automatically be created for articles as long as you have sufficient credits

Credit Pricing

We offer volume-based pricing to reward higher usage levels. The more credits you purchase at once, the lower the cost per credit:

For example, if you purchase 2,500 credits (for ~625 summaries), the credits will be calculated as follows:

• the first 1000 credits will cost $0.01 per credit (1000 * $0.01 = $10)
• then 1000 credits will cost $0.009 per credit (1000 * $0.009 = $9)
• then 500 credits will cost $0.008 per credit (500 * $0.008 = $4)

The total cost for 2,500 credits is $10 + $9 + $4 = $23.

A minimum of 500 credits must be purchased at a time.

Automatic Credit Management

To ensure uninterrupted service, workspace owners can set up automatic credit management:

Auto-Reload

You can configure your account to automatically purchase more credits when your balance reaches a certain threshold.

Here's how it works:

1. Set your minimum credit threshold
2. Specify your "target" credit amount to replenish to
3. When your balance drops to below threshold, we'll automatically purchase the amount needed to reach the target

Maximum Spend Limits

To help control costs, you can set a monthly spending limit. Once this limit is reached, no further credits will be automatically purchased. You can still purchase more credits manually if needed.
