Get started

Learn how to get started with Drippp to manage your newsletters.

The number of newsletter publications has exploded alongside the mainstream adoption of Large Language Models and AI in general. While many applications exist to help writers, not much exist for readers. Content creation has become substantially easier, while trying to consume it can feel like drinking water from a fire hydrant.

Drippp can help.

How does it work?

Once you've joined Drippp, you will receive your own unique @drippp.email address. Use this email address to subscribe to newsletters.

Did you know?

You can also use your own email address if you prefer.

Whenever authors send their newsletter emails, we will receive, summarize, and forward them to your personal email at the time you selected. You can set the schedule for how often to receive these "drippps" in the app.

Get started

To get started with Drippp is simple.

  1. Sign up for an account on the Drippp website.
  2. Go through the quick onboarding process
  3. Subscribe to your favourite newsletters
  4. Wait for newsletters to be sent to you ☕️

Onboarding

The onboarding is a simple 4-step process.

You are asked to provide the following information:

  1. When you want to receive your "drippps"
  2. What you want your unique personal email to be
  3. What we should call you
  4. What you want your workspace name to be

Step 1: Set your delivery schedule

When you first start out, it is fine to go with the default schedule that will send you emails on a Monday and Friday morning @ 9 am. You can always change your preferred delivery schedule in the app afterwards.

Of course, you are free to set whatever times fit your schedule.

Step 2: Choose your personal Drippp email

By default, a randomly generated email will be created for you. You can use it or update it to something more personal if you prefer. It just has to be unique.

Step 3: Confirm your display name

Let us know what we should call you. You can change this in your account settings afterwards.

Step 4: Set your workspace name

Lastly, let us know what you want your workspace to be called. This can be the name of your company, your team, or just your name. You can change this in your workspace settings afterwards.

Once you're ready, you can click the "Get Started" button.

Subscribe to Newsletters

Feel free to look around the dashboard, but soon you'll want to subscribe to your favourite newsletters.

You can always find your unique @drippp.email email address from the main dashboard.

Copy it, then head over to your favourite newsletter publication (on Substack for instance) and subscribe to it.

Tip

If you're already a Substack subscriber, you can easily switch your email address to your new @drippp.email email to start receiving your emails via Drippp.

Pro tip

If you want to keep using your personal email for your subscriptions, you can set up email forwarding instead.

Any emails you receive on your Drippp email will be available on the Inbox page, found from the dashboard.

If you receive any newsletter emails before your first scheduled delivery date, you can expect to receive your first "Drippp" in your personal inbox containing the summaries of these articles.

Now, go ahead and enjoy the time you have saved.
